Buwan ng Wika 2022 Releases
Curating a selection of books to release before the most-awaited Manila International Book Fair is a big responsibility. So despite the packed schedule, I sat down, cleared my head and swam into the sea of manuscripts we received. In my head, we need to have the best of the best.
Here’s the result – a list with our last selection for the 3rd quarter, before the finale of ber months releases. As always, 8Letters Bookstore and Publishing has all the essential literary add-ons for your library. From personal essays and poetry to a 400-page novel, we’ve got them for you. Enjoy!
Here is the list of our August titles you must add to your cart right now:
Budol by Jemson Cayetano
Maliliit na Bagay by Kit
– Paul D. Rico

There is a Light that Never Goes Out by Katarina Velasquez
Writer and Editor Katarina Velasquez is living a quiet life in the city when she receives news from her hometown in Cavite involving a childhood friend. She dropped everything and headed home.

Confronted by old friendships and feelings, Kat must make a choice: let all the memories catch up or snuff all of its light out completely.
