It is a turbulent time. The city is in the grips of a drug war. A man wakes up to a dream that bears with it a message, an order. Two young men in a car ply through an empty highway with a corpse inside the trunk, to be dumped like the rest of the thousands. After the slow spiral into insanity and desperation eventually pushes them to a wall, the actions they take are drastic and the consequences they set off are dire.
