From the dungeon where my heart is

Bittersweet, but you do what you can to move forward and you leave your dreams behind. You go on with your life thinking you are fine until you wake up one day and realize the dreams never left; that they are not lost, just buried. The time has come to unseal your boxed dreams and listen to your true self – the one you had forgotten.

Maj R. is a dream and a realist. She thinks writing is not for her even though she has been writing since grade school and has always thought of books as her alternate reality. She loves traveling and hiking, but most of the time, she’s just at home watching anime. She’s a certified public accountant by profession and a graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Manila. This collection of poetry and prose is her first book.
