Dan Namanya serves as an associate professor in the School of Theology of Mountain View College in the Philippines. He holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from Mountain View College and a master’s degree in religion and a doctorate degree in ministry from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies. He comes from the “pearl of Africa” (Uganda) but is now residing in the “pearl of the Orient” (Philippines) with his Filipino wife and two wonderful children, Danielle Witness and Mishael Victor. He has served as a missionary (under the 1,000 Missionary Movement) in the Philippines and a church pastor in Indonesia. He is a passionate qualitative researcher and advocate of Christ-centered preaching and loves to teach and lead young and old alike to Jesus.
