Once, God led a wise king into a hallowed land, promising a land full of love with no discord. But after his death, his two sons divided the kingdom in two, giving way to the birth of two kingdoms, the Northern Isle and the Southern Vale, sparking the start of a Holy War that would rage on for generations.

Aubergine, a fool known for his talents and beauty, is sent to serve the king of Southern Vale. Caelum, who is falling into despair as he suffers from the war. As Aubergine becomes the king’s confidant, their bond deepens, sparking the beginning of love amidst the chaos.
