Tato Malay is a highly accomplished veteran radio/TV broadcaster and recording executive with over 30 years of experience in the music industry. He has held various positions such as artist and repertoire manager (A&R), marketing manager, and record producer in Sony Music Philippines, WEA Records, Universal Records, and Vicor Music Corporation among others.
He is also a founding member of the Creative Media and Professionals Guild of Asia and the Pacific, an organization that advances the careers of media professionals by sharing and generating experiential and higher learning.
Tato is an author of two books “Transformative Communication” and “Lessons I Never Learned In School” that empower and challenge people to change consciousness to face new needs and unmet potentials.
He is an excellent communicator and educator, having taught communication and business subjects such as Broadcast Production and Direction, Intercultural Communication, Broadcast, Cable, and Telecommunication Management, Social Marketing and Self Mastery in Assumption College in Makati City.
Tato is the founder of the I Am Kamalayan Movement where he facilitates learning groups dealing with shifts and expansion of consciousness.
