LEEPOY IFURUNG

Lee Martin Ifurung, who writes under the pen name Leepoy Ifurung, is an emerging author from the vibrant city of Novaliches, Quezon City. Growing up in the energetic environment of Quezon City, Leepoy’s path to becoming a writer was marked by perseverance and unwavering determination.

Leepoy graduated from Novaliches High School in 2006, but financial challenges prevented him from pursuing higher education. His childhood was fraught with difficulties, including a traumatic bullying incident that required the implantation of a titanium plate in his jaw.

Despite battling dyslexia from an early age, Leepoy’s passion for storytelling remained a guiding light. Drawing inspiration from his favorite fantasy series, video games, and biblical stories, Leepoy has infused these influences into his debut novel, Enchantra Chronicles, Act 1: Heart of the Underdog. This novel, the result of three years of dedicated work, explores themes of resilience and the power of the imagination, inviting readers into a world where the underdog triumphs against all odds.
