Joanne H. Ajos is a licensed physician, former Doctor to the Barrio, and a lass who has always found her way back to words.
An introvert and nature lover, she finds joy in quiet mornings, good music, books, journaling, long drives, and being surrounded by trees, mountains, or the sea. She loves to travel and believes that some of life’s best lessons are found outside familiar places.
Her experiences as a physician, a former Doctor to the Barrio, a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, and a friend have shaped the way she sees people, loss, love, and the life we continue to live after difficult seasons.
