D.A. Chan

David Anthony Chan is a passionate storyteller whose work spans across writing, producing, screenwriting, and game development—including tabletop games, card games, and their video game adaptations. Whether crafting worlds or guiding others to do the same, his creative drive remains constant.

Deeply committed to nurturing talent, David regularly leads workshops on writing, storytelling, and editing. He is actively engaged in initiatives that strengthen the creative industry, always striving to empower fellow storytellers with the skills and confidence to bring their visions to life.

He currently serves as President of Curations at HIP Studios, an IP management and consultancy firm; Vice President of the Cebu Creative Entertainment Council, a nonprofit supporting creative professionals; and Founder of Suwat Ta, a writers’ collective that celebrates and elevates the craft of writing.
